Rebranding. Welcome to Pollena Kurowski.

2023

Start-up of 3rd metallization and UV lacquering line. Robotization and automation of processes.

2022

A promise is made is a promise kept. Pollena discloses to CDP, achieving a B score.

2021

The 2nd metallization and UV lacquering line is put into operation.

2019

Launch of an in-house metallization and UV lacquering line.

2019

Pollena keeps on growing. New production hall (+5000m²) and new tool shop is put into service.

2016

Opening of the new high-storage warehouse and WMS system.

2014

Ground-breaking investments in modern robotized hot-stamping lines. Printing up to 5 colors, camera control and automatic packaging.

2013

Implementation of BRC v.5 standards for Packaging and Packaging Materials.

2012

Company's 50th anniversary.

2010

Expansion of tool shop. Acquisition of new digital grinders, lathes, milling machines, EDM machines and modern measuring centers.

2006

Implementation of ISBM technology. First PET and PP bottles and jars in ISBM at Pollena.

Modernization of a second 2600m² production hall.

New possibilities in UV screen technology. Multi-colour printing.

Modernization of a 3500m² production hall to the highest standards.

Privatization of the company. The majority of shares is taken over by private investors – Kurowski family. Implementation of ISO standards.

Start of cooperation with Avon factory. First Arburg machines in Pollena.

Start of cooperation with Cosmetic Factory Lechia in Poznań, currently Nivea Poland.

1962

Opening of the New Plastic Processing Factory in Łaskarzew – a subsidiary of the Warsaw-based Plastic and Rubber Products Factory PIAST.
