The production of „tailor-made” packaging materials manufactured according to our Clients’ requirements is our area of expertise. We have an over 50-years’ experience in plastic processing and a great machine park enabling us to produce packaging items in such technologies as injection, extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding and injection stretch blow molding. We can process almost every plastic material and our products are marked by high quality and repeatability.
Our machine park is composed of numerous injection machines of world-renowned producers from 35T up to 400T .
In order to protect the environment, we invest in hybrid and electric machines.
With the use of this technology we can produce bottles from 50 to 1000 ml. The production is based on electric machines with lower energy consumption, what allows to save up to 60% of power.
In blow molding we process such raw materials as PP and PE.
With the use of this technology we can produce packaging items from 15 ml up to even 1 L.
We may produce small-sized packaging materials such as the ones for eye drops and roll-on bottles.
We process polyolefins (PE, PP, PS), thermoplastic polyesters (PET, PETG) and technical materials called technoresins (PA, PAC, COC).
IBM is marked by a high process stability, easy processing of new technical materials, fast mold setup, high scope of cavitation possibilities and compact sizes.
We may produce small-sized packaging items starting from little bottles of 25 ml volume up to big 10 L bottles and jars with wide diameter.
Processed materials include PET and PP.
We have at our disposal over 20 assembling machines combined in-line with injection machines.
We assemble seals, inner jars, disc tops and lipstick cases.
Thanks to ultrasonic welding and modern, efficient machines we may assemble multiple pieces packaging. On the other hand, our machine park helps us to answer comprehensively to Client’s requirements.
