20 years of ISBM at Pollena – technology shaping our portfolio

This year we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of implementing ISBM technology at Pollena – one of the key processing methods in our company. Alongside injection molding, ISBM today forms the second pillar of our packaging production, both in terms of machine count and strategic importance for the future of our portfolio.
- Dynamic growth – in 2024, we invested in additional ISBM machines, strengthening our capabilities in forming PET and PP packaging using ISBM.
- Advanced machinery park – we focus on modern technological solutions: investing in 1-step ISBM technology equipped with a zero cooling system. What does this mean in practice? Shorter production cycle times, higher quality, and energy savings – resulting in greater efficiency while reducing environmental impact.
- Sustainable approach – ISBM allows us to fully harness the potential of materials like recycled PET (PCR PET), supporting the transition toward a circular economy.
- Trust of global brands – we have used ISBM technology in projects for Unilever, L’Oréal, and Beiersdorf, offering quality, precision, and flexibility in delivering the most demanding concepts.
- Complete packaging solutions – with all key technologies in-house, we can deliver ready, fully integrated packaging: a bottle or jar made with ISBM PET technology, a cap or closure from injection molding, as well as UV screen printing, metallization, and assembly. All in one place.
- More PET at Pollena – the share of PET packaging in our portfolio is growing, and we’ll soon present catalog-standard solutions as well as new product implementations!
- Product decoration – our packaging can be further enhanced with printing or metallization, increasing its shelf appeal and distinctiveness.
