Our packaging materials are manufactured in such technologies as injection, two-components injection, extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding or injection stretch blow molding.
We are a market leader in decoration technologies. We specialize in UV silk-screen printing, pad printing and hot-stamping. We also offer lacquering and metallization services.
We have our own in-house tool shop and a highly qualified Research and Development Department. We comprehensively develop individual projects.

In turn, our Quality Control Department and its professional laboratory equipped with modern machines for geometric analysis and other devices for conducting tests required by our Clients guarantee a full identification of the whole production process and repeatability of manufactured packaging materials.

Opening of the New Plastic Processing Factory in Łaskarzew – a subsidiary of the Warsaw Manufactory of Plastic and Rubber Products PIAST.
1965
Cosmetic Packaging Factory “Pollena” starts cooperation with Cosmetic Factory Lechia in Poznań, currently Nivea Poland.
2000
Privatization of the company. The majority of shares is taken over by private investors – Kurowski family.
2001
Time of significant changes. Intensive restructuring of the company and the beginning of new investments and reconstruction. Implementation of ISO:2008 standards.
2002
First production hall with the area of 3500m² is put into service after complete reconstruction.
2006
The Company keeps on extending. Second production hall with the area of 2600m² is put into service. ISBM technology is implemented.
2010-2016
Reconstruction of in-house tool shop. Purchase of new CNC grinders, lathes, CNC milling machines, EDM machines and modern measuring centers.
2011
Establishing a subsidiary in Russia – LLC Pollena Ural.
2013
Implementing BRC v.5 standards for Packaging and Packaging Materials.
2016
New high storage warehouse is put into service. Thanks to WMS system, the flow of goods management and logistic Customer service have reached the highest standards.
2017
ISO 9001 certificate is updated to its current version – ISO 9001:2015
2018
Pollena keeps on growing. New production hall (+5000m²) and new tool shop is put into service.
2019
Own metallization and lacquering line is succesfully implemented.
